Abstract :
Many authorities feel concerned about the violents that occurred lately. Sanctions for the perpetrators of the acts of domestic violence are arranged in the Law but the rights of women who are victims of home violence often ignored so easily, therefore, the author is interested to do research about The Implementation of Acquired Rights by Woman Victims of The Domestic Violence in Yogyakarta The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of acquired rights by woman victims of the domestic violence and to know the constraints faced by women who are victims of domestic violence to obtain her rights. Type of this research is normative legal research. The implementation of acquired rights by woman victims of the domestic violence were not fully materialize because the perpetrator of domestic violences still do violence despite there are some efforts made peace between wife and husband.
