Abstract :
The Title: gathering evidence and evidence at this stage of the investigation in the murder case, the reason the authors take the title this is because more and more cases of murders that occurred in particular in the city of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine how to collect the evidence and the evidence at this stage of the investigation in the murder case, to know the obstacles faced by the police in the process of collecting evidence and evidence at this stage of the investigation in the murder case.This study uses the normative legal research include secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, legal material secondary, tertiary legal materials, used data collected literature study and interviews with sources and the data analyzed. The results obtained are No.Pol letter: B/04/III/2013/Ditreskrimum by using evidence in the investigation in the form of letters, witnesses, and instructions.
