Abstract :
The research entitled The Regional Police of Jogjakarta Province to Eradicate the Children Victims of sexual crimes. This research has two problems. the first, how therole of The Regional Police of Jogjakarta Province to Eradicate the Children Victims of Decency Criminal Offenses are. the second, what the obstade that the regional police of Jogjakarta province face to eradicatethe children victims of decency criminal offenses are.This research used normative approach as the main data. The secondary data is gained from books, journals, articles that are provided in the library. This study also used qualitative methods. This research resulted 3 ways to eradicate the children victims of decency criminal offenses. the first way is the pre-emptive srtruggles;to incrase education and knowledge of the people. the second way is the preventive struggles; the struggles which is apply before the crimes happen. the third way is the repressive struggles; the struggles which is apply after the crimes happen for example, the law enforcement and to apply sanctions to the offenders.
