Abstract :
Application of Balanced Scorcard SWOT analysis is a good solution to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth. Manokwari District Revenue Office in practice in managing local revenue is still done manually. Tax collection, tax payments, tax reporting and tax transparency is still a problem. By using SWOT analysis Balanced Scorecard is known of the internal and external factors of weakness Manokwari district revenue department is weak implementation of management information system in tax levies. For the use of information systems is an important means to tackle the problem of tax management intended. In the development of tax information system is built on the existing tax management procedures, for a more complete system supported by means of SMS Gateway.
