Abstract :
The measurement and mapping of land proprietary in the process of land proprietary registration in order to get the legal determination based on the Government Regulation Number 24 year 1997 in Desa Lendola Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara, Kabupaten Alor Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. How is the execution of land proprietary measurement and mapping in the process of land proprietary registration in order to get the legal determination based on the Government Regulation Number 24 1997 and wether the proprietary land measurement and mapping of the land proprietary itself would actualize the legal determination. The purpose of this research is to discover, study, and analize about the execution of land proprietary measurement and mapping on the sporadic registration of land proprietary in order to obtain legal determination and wether the land proprietary measurement and mapping in the sporadic land proprietary registration has actualize land administration rules, using the empiric law research method which is done directly towards the responden that act as primary data beside the secondary data. The land proprietary measurement and mapping in the process of sporadic land proprietary registration is already accordance the Government Regulation Number 24 year 1997. From 44 respondent which submit sporadic land proprietary registration application, 26 of the respondent has obtained a certificate as the execution result of sporadic land proprietary registration, 18 respondent are still waiting for the process of certificate publishment. Therefore, the land proprietary land measurement and mapping in the process of sporadic land proprietary registration has actualize the legal regulation because most of the respondent (26 respondent) has already obtained certificate.
