Abstract :
This thesis is written under the title " Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Pemain Sepak Bola Perjanjian Kerja Dengan Klub Sepak Bola. In this thesis the author aims to determine the legal protection for football players and to learn about the remedies that can be taken by football players in the event of a dispute with the football club. The method of writing this thesis using normative methods by collecting data from primary legal materials, that is Undang Undang Dasar 1945, Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata), Undang Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 8 Tahun 1981 Tentang Perlindungan Upah and Football Agreement. In connection with the employment agreement between club and football players in fact were irregularities in the football world and legal guarantee for football players are still less favorable and giving rise to disputes between the club and football player, then the author research conducted through this thesis.
