Abstract :
Children are part of the younger generation as one of the human resources is a potential successor to the ideals of the national struggle, which has a strategic role, has special characteristics and properties, require guidance and protection in order to ensure the growth and development of the physical, mental, and social as a whole, harmonious, and balanced. According to Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection Section 1 Item 1, Child Protection are all activities to ensure and protect the Children and rights in order to live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity, as well as protection from violence and discrimination. Protection is thus in order to maintain the viability and development of the child fairly, whether physical, mental, and social, because that should be emphasized in children is the best possible coaching to create physical, mental, social life and growth, so as to create generation of the next generation of quality. So the protection of children is done by rehabilitating and returned to the government.
