Abstract :
The title of this thesis is "Step In Combating Crime Police Fraud Online Trading". With the formulation of the problem as follows: How the modus operandi of fraud cases through the online and whether there is trouble for the police in dealing with criminal fraud online . This research is a normative legal research studies that focus on the provisions of the applicable legislation. Source of data in this study consisted of secondary data and primary data. Online fraud regulated in Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. The conclusion that the mode used online fraud perpetrators use the offer price is much cheaper than the market price which will make the victims are tempted by the low price. People are expected to be cautious in buying or selling through via online. The police need to be improved performance to cope with cases of fraud online trading either preventive, pre-emptive, and respresive.
