Abstract :
The title of this research is ?The Implementation of The Humanitarian Task Force Galang 96 in order to Return Asylum Seekers from Vietnam 1996 in Galang Island in terms of Circular Director General of Immigration Number: F-IL.01.10- 1297 concerning The Handling of Strangers who Declared Themselves For Asylum Seekers or Refugees?. From the title above, the purpose of this research is to obtain, understand, and analyze whether or not a match between the implementation of The Humanitarian Task Force Galang 96 in order to return Asylum Seekers from Vietnam 1996 in Galang Island with Circular Director General of Immigration Number: F-IL.01.10- 1297 concerning The Handling of Strangers who Declared Themselves For Asylum Seekers or Refugees. This type of research is normative juridical. This study also uses data from oral or written opinion of experts and other data relevant to this issue. The results showed that the implementation of The Humanitarian Task Force Galang 96 in order to return Asylum Seekers from Vietnam 1996 in Galang Island in accordance with point 2 Circular Director General of Immigration Number: F-IL.01.10-1297 concerning The Handling of Strangers who Declared Themselves For Asylum Seekers or Refugees.
