Abstract :
In the practice of human resources management, the perception and the sight of employees is part of organizational justice. The concept of organizational justice is a perception on individual level or employees treated equitably at work. When the employee treated fairly in the organization, employees will feel satisfied with their jobs because valued by the company. This research attempts to analyze the influence of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice) against job satisfaction, and its impact on employee performance in Perum LPPNPI/AirNav Indonesia region Yogyakarta and Central Java. The population in this research is the employees of Perum LPPNPI/AirNav region Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang. The collection of data used quantitative technique by spreading 110 copies of questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is hierarchical linear regression to identify the effects of organizational justice on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation variable. The results of the research show that there is significant positive relationship between organizational justice on employee performance that mediated with job satisfaction.
