Abstract :
Research about progression conflict of implementation plantation company resposibility for rights local people about construction garden of Kabupaten Landak, West Borneo was normative legal research. The purpose of reserach is to knowing and analyze implementation plantation company responsibility to local people authority for construction garden of Kabupaten Landak, West borneo still have appear conflict, knowing and analyze solution of the conflict caused by the implementation plantation company responsibility to the rights local people above garden construction of Kabupaten Landak, West Borneo. Research using approach to the sociology of law, primary law materials are UUD 1945, statute, goverment ordinance, ministerial decree and regional regulation of Kabupaten Landak . Secondary legal materials are books of law associated with title including thesis, journal of law, the opinions of legal scholars and legal dictionary. Data processing and law analyze done in a deductive. Results and discussion of the research shows that implementation of the company responsibility against the rights of local people above the garden construction of Kabupaten Landak, West Borneo still have appear conflict, cause there is not unequivocal sanctions related did not obigation garden construction of local people. Conflict solution caused by implementation plantation company responsibility for the rights local people above garden construction of Kabupaten Landak, West Borneo in practice solved by discussion.
