Abstract :
This scription titled realization actor witness who cooperating with law enforcement officers ((justice collaborator) of rights to get a reduction of punishment in corruption, which aims to answer the problem of how to obtain data about realization actor witness who cooperating with law enforcement officers ((justice collaborator) of rights to get a reduction of punishment in corruption. This study uses a normative method that focuses on the provision of the legislation to know how witness actor who cooperating with law enforcement officer of rights to get reduce of punishment in corruption. Objects used by the author in writing this law is the primary data and secondary data. Based on the research and analysis result, considering the importance of justice collaborator for helping law enforcement officer to get information about criminal acts, especially in corruption. So reduction of punishment for justice collaborator it is reasonable. To get reduction of punishment depending from consideration the judge on court. If judge that a defendant has become justice collaborator like based on law of SEMA Number 4 year 2011 than the judge will provide minimum verdict of article the prosecution which indicted to him or reduce from charge of prosecutor. But most of justice collaborator didn?t get a reduction of punishment.
