Abstract :
Death Penalty is the oldest punishment in the world. Far away before we'd known about written law, death penalty was run through the people. Pancasila is the ideology of Republic Indonesia. Pancasila has the greatest morals for Indonesian and source of the source of the Indonesia law. Human right is the people has and have to recognition by the nation of the world. Death penalty isn't correct with Indonesian ideology and human right. No one can take someone else life just because he or she did heavy criminals act. Life's given by God. People should not take away what God's give. Suggestion for this problem is death penalty should be erases from Indonesian law and change it with other penalty
