Abstract :
Level of psychotropical abuse among public in general, and in student area especially, have been hardly frets all party sides is including education world in Indonesia. This thing of course endangers Indonesian nation future in the future so that doesn't surprise when new school year the students during orientation of student gets discourse about psychotropical abuse. Increasingly height of abuse to psychotropical, hence level of badness happened also excelsior that is indirectly is caused by psychotropical circulation. By seeing problems is upper, needs existence of a step that is serve the purpose of effort to give effect discourages at the psychotropical abuse crime perpetrators. District Court Decision Yogyakarta to psychotropical abuse case is expected able to overcome psychotropical abuse. Justice decision is decision from inspection process of psychotropical abuse seen from in perpective strived prevention of psychotropical abuse. Thereby the concerned justice decision to psychotropical abuse seen from in perpective strived prevention of psychotropical abuse is give penalization to arsonist prescribed by the regulations. In result of research from District Court decision Yogyakarta, obtained case result that is first is decision dropped to defendant is imprisonment during 2 ( two) year and penalty fine equal to Rp.10.000.000, (ten million rupiahs) subsidair 2 ( two) month of coop. For second case of decision dropped to defendant is imprisonment during 1 (one) year 8 (eight) month and penalty fine equal to Tp 10.000.000,- (ten million rupiahs); Contends that if the penalty fine is not paid, hence and must experience coop crime during 2 (two) month
