Abstract :
Construction project are initiated in complex and dynamic environments resulting
in circumtances of high uncertainty and risk, wich are compounded by demanding
time constrain.. Along with this trend risk in construction project become higher.
Construction industry has a very poor reputation for managing risk, with many
major project failing to meet deadlines like financial or time, duration is the most
familiar with the problem of risk in construction project.
The objective are of this study to identify risk in bridge scheduling project,
identify relation betwen risk and construction project, that focused in bridge
project, give the example to manage risk by probability analysis using Monte
Carlo Simulation
A Structure questionnaire was given to the staff working at ?Depatemen
KIMPRASWIL? who have experience as site managers and assisten managers in
bridge projects
The result from statistically analysis there are four factors reducted from sixteen
independent variables. Wether and Internal Project factor gives highest
contribution to scheduling delay in bridge project with goodnes of fit 0,558. In
the case of Jembatan Dodogan, the result from probabilistic analysis 23, 68
weeks and probability 60%
