Abstract :
The present legal writing entitles the issuance of land certificate of ownership based on bequest derived right to realize the legal certainty and preservation based on the 1997 government regulation nomor 24 in sleman. The present study aim identify and analyze whether the issuance of land certificate of conversion rightderived ownership has realize the legal certainty and preservation for the holders of land certification of ownership based on the 1997 government regulation no. 24 in sleman. It is suggested that the holders of rigth on the land should meet condition stipulated in the 1997 decision of state minister regulation / the head of nationla land agency no. 3 proses can well performed and it presumably realized legal certainty an preservation. The office land is necessary to recruit more staf to handle the proses certificate issuance, hance, the shorte period of time in certificate issuance can be achieved.
