Abstract :
The existence of the industry could bring positive and negative impacts. For social life , the industry tends to have a positive impact , such as reducing unemployment , improving public welfare . As for the environmental industry bring negative impacts , such as environmental damage and pollution . One of the industrial activity is brick industrial activities on agricultural land . The brick industry impact damage to agricultural land such as agricultural land becomes fertile , agricultural land is not flat , agricultural land can not be cultivated and could potentially flooding.Under the legislation the Government is obliged to control environmental damage. The control objectives to protect agricultural land from environmental damage so that agricultural land can be used according to function and can increase agricultural output in the future.
