Abstract :
This research entitled ?The Implementation of Professionalism Principle in
Structural Official Appoinntments in Civil State Employees Environment in the City
of Yogyakarta?. The legal problem of this legal writing is how implementation of
professionalism principle in structural official appointments in civil state employees
environment in the city of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this legal writing is to know
the implementation of professionalism principle in structural official appointments in
civil state employees environment in the city of Yogyakarta. Kinds of research used
by the researcher is empirical law research. The data analysis method used by the
researcher is qualitative method. The result of this legal writing could be concluded
that structural official appointment in the civil state employees environment in the
city of Yogyakarta is not yet fully ran well, due to the fact that there are still
indicators which have not been applied properly.
