Abstract :
The right is a gift from the Creator which nobody, no system, no organization, and no institution can remove on purpose. After the World War I and II, there were a lot of Human Right crimes found and they happened in many places in the world, which caused millions of people to be forced to evacute. It was historical tragedy where the world had seen that war could destroy everythings and it was precious learning for the world to protect the human rights especially the protection for the right of the child. This writing entitiled ? the Fulfillment of the Protection Rights for children of the Refugee in Indonesia which is seen by the Convention of the Right of the Child.? The writer formulated the problems as follow: How the Right of protection for the children of the Refugee could be fulfilled seen from the Convention of the Right of the Child? The writer conducted a library study and interview. The result of the research was because the Indonesian Government had not ratified the Convention of Jenewa and the Protocol of New York consequently those refuges with their kids were placed into the Detention Room. The refugees and their children found new problems concerning their fundamental rights especially the Right of protection. The writer concluded that the Indinesian Government was intelegent enough but what the Govermant had done caused new problems concerning the rights of the children.
