Abstract :
Presents the thesis entitled ?Social Insurance Implementation For Employees Of PT.Bengawan Cable Vision, Surakarta. This thesises intended to acknowledge about the implementation of social insurance for the employees of PT.Bengawan Cable Vision, Surakarta. This thesises tooks form of empirical legal research that mainly focusing on behavior?s of the community that obeys the law. The primary legal datas were collected from materials of primary law as valid Acts, and the secondary legal datas were collected by obtaining the legal opinion that quotes from numerous book and web-pages. Social insurance is the most principle thing, because it has a lot of both useful and important benefits especially for the employees who gains low wages and even the employees that were paid below the minimum regional wage standard. The implementation of social insurance in PT.Bengawan Cable Vision, Surakarta were just partially according to the Law Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3 Of 1992 Concerning Social Insurance For Employess, Article 8 Verse (2) letter a, and Verdict Of Minister Of Employees Number KEP- 150/MEN/1999. This situation hereby describes that not all of the company that existed in Indonesia obeys the Indonesian Law that applies, and they are not concerned for the existence of social insurance that are vital for their employees.
