Abstract :
This study aims to identify the understanding and acceptance level of the service provider (Contractors) about construction contract was done in the projects of "Departemen Pekerjaan Umum". The study was applied to the service providers (Contractors) in DIY, Central Java, West java, Jakarta, Denpasar and Lampung. Moreover this study also analyses the correlation between the understanding and acceptance level of the construction contract. The study was done with data collecting through questionnaire spreading some service providers (contractors). The respondents consist of 11 respondents with ? 10 years work experience and 24 respondents with ? 10 years work experience, so the total of the respondents were 35. The question of the quitionnaire were taken from several things have relation with construction contract. The level of understanding and acceptance service provider (Contractor) about construction contract care were analyzed by using Kruskal-Wallis Test methode, and to identify the correlation between the respondents with ? years work experience and the respondents with >10 years experience were analyzed by using Spearman Rank Correlation methode.
