Abstract :
This law research entitled Implementation of Policies Prohibition and Elimination of the Worst Jobs Forms of Child Labour in Bandung (Case Study in Centers Footwear Cibaduyut). The legal issues within this research is how the implementation of policies prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor and what constraints that affect the implementation of policies prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor. The type of this research is empirical law research by conducting field research to obtain primary data as the main data and researching the literature to obtain secondary data. The analytical methods used in this research is quantitative method. Results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of policies prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor embodied in Bandung Decree of Mayor No 560/Kep.71-Huk/2004 about Handling of Child Labor Action Committee and Section 5 Article (2) Item (H) Bandung Regional Regulation No 10 Year 2012 about Implementation of Child Protection has not been properly implemented. The constraints that affect it, which are: a) constraints from handling of child labor action comitee that is limited capacity and competence, weak performance and coordination; b) constraints from manpower labor that is the lack of data child labor, and weak human resources and non human resources; as well as c) constraints social and economic conditions in Cibaduyut.
