Abstract :
n earlier of 2004 the Bethesda hospital use the ISO quality management system 9001 : 2000 and the strategic management is "Maket Management RS Bethesda Berbasis Balance Scorecard in 2002-2004". This research is purpose to evaluate by using the quality management audit, to the implementation of quality management system and management strategic and the effect to the standard of international quality and the performance in the Bethesda Hospital.
This research is the explorative descriptive research, collecting data which done by field observation, questionnaire and the interview to Dewan Pengurus (PYC), Structural Officials and Non-Structural Officials, by 54 number of respondents. The secondary data which reached : Maket Management of Bethesda Hospital Basic on Balance Scorecard 2002-2007, Quality Management System of Bethesda Hospital, The Csutomers Satisfaction Survey Result in 2003 and 2004.
