Abstract :
Aim of this research intended to find out an act of implementation Restorative Justice principle for children who does as a suspect of criminal act on investigation process. The method used normative law research, which it means focuson to positive law norm. like shape of legal systemation by doing, description, systematic, analisis, interpretation, and evaluate positive law, vertically and horizontally for the problem that concerned about implementation principle Restorative Justice in investigation process to children who does criminal act. In actual act, the implementation of principle Restorative Justice is not maximal. It cause the suspect of criminal thief who process at court more than 20 case. The problem faced on implementing restoration Justice is the police especially investigation not yet understand about children law.
