Abstract :
Review from Criminal Law Aspect towards Exploitation of Street Children in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. A child is the mandate and gift at once from Almighty God, who sould always be protected because inside them sticks dignity and worth with all rights as a human being, which should be upheld as mentioned within constitution 1945 and United Nation conention. The social service effort of yogyakarta in order to handle the problem of street children exploitation crime and their protection is by doing counseling, coaching, and socialization. Forms of protection given through three things, which are prevention, providing security, and fulfillment, with reunification or social integration. As for the purpose of this research is to know the social service effort of yogyakarta in order to handle the problem of street children exploitation crime and their protection. Handling the peroblem of street children e-ploitation crime makes up complicated social phenomenon, as of the social service and its other institution should work together so that children exploitation crime would not happen anymore.
