Abstract :
Legal Writing studied entitled "Legal Protection for Performers Abortion Crime Rape Victims". Legal writing is motivated by the higher rate of abortions in Indonesia that are carried out by teenagers, adults and housewives. However, my study is that abortions are carried out by women as a result of rape. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the form of legal protection for victims of rape who committed the crime of abortion. In writing this law using normative legal research methods, used secondary data sources obtained through a literature review, which is the primary legal materials and secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the research literature and interviews, it can be concluded that the act of abortion is banned in Indonesia. Assessment of studies of primary legal materials, abortion is excluded because the state of medical emergency and because rape is causing women to experience a deep traumatic. In tackling this problem, the victim is affected by two factors: internal factors and external factors.
