Abstract :
This law research is titled influence the decision constitutional court No. 34/PUUXI/ 2013 about judicial review which can be done more than one to death penalty execution. The problem in law in this thesis is how the influence judicial review which is can be done more than one time to the execution death penalty. This research aims to comprehend the important of judicial review of execution death penalty. The type of this research is normative law researchtype by doing the research to the positive law to reach primary data as main data as well as to found the bibliography as the secondary data, the analysis data methodology is qualitative methodology. The result of this findings can be concluded that judicial review without any limit will reveal legal uncertainty because can delayed the execution implementation, however this result cannot be acknowledge the judicial review which is done only once because against justice values. So that, judicial review should be done more than once and should only finished by twice so the legal uncertainty, justice, and humanity point can be balance
