Abstract :
Criminality in cybercrime, especially fraud through online shop is one of the many crimes of crime in cybercrime. Globalization has been a driver of the birth of the era of information technology. The development of information technology is envolving rapidly and follow the development of science that bring change in lifestyle, such as the gadgets and trends on internet activity. Internet has an important role and through the internet, many recognize the various things, ranging from social networking, apps, news, video, photos up shop. Online shop makes shopping easier without spending time and effort. Because of this easy of making online shop more attractive. But not too easy to do business in the online shop, because there are some obstacles that are often a problem. Formation of the concept of the draft KUHP which is new one way in tackling crime through the internet because of changing times would create new crimes, while the KUHP that is still valid today is no longer considered adequate, because it does not include new types of crimes that appearalong with the changing times. Certification computer security tool is also used to combat cybercrime which should have quality ratings, both in terms of hardware and software. Existence of training for police officers who worked the division the handles cybercrime to add a provision in handling cybercrime case.
