The fact corruption have worked systematically and structure. Corruption have possessed and destroyed varios life and also corruption become the important factor of poorness cause is fact which no argued. Farther, corruption have broken political most people of emotional intelingence and spiritual also destroying nation is damaging fact which difficult to be disobeid. In this case the prosecutor's office as an institution of the prosecution have the right to investigate a crime of corruption. Therefore, the prosecutor intelligence agencies play an important role in the investigation stage, from planning, data collection, data processing activities through the use of data. Of these activities could be concluded for a corruption investigation.In the end,intellijen service given a duty to handle corruption casa obtain get the base authority and legality like: monitoring governmental organizer and also conduct action the law and strive to force certain,this matter is conducted by having strong base to push and quicken the process of corruption eradication.
