Abstract :
In this legal writing entitled " Legal Effort Which Is Conducted by Yayasan Slamet Riyadi Yogyakarta to Gain the Fulfilment of Its Right in Enforcement of Extension Study Agreement of Professor Abroad?. The case formulation in this writing is how is the legal effort conducted by Yayasan Slamet Riyadi Yogyakarta to gain the fulfillment of the right in enforcement of extension study agreement of professor abroad. This research is conducted in AtmaJaya University by using method of empirical research type aimed to deeply study on individual, group, certain society concerning on background, condition or situation, social factors or social interactions happened. Based this problem formulation, it gained data which revealed that there is underperformance in enforcing existence study agreement of professor abroad. Thus, it condocted the completion by Slamet Riyadi Yogyakarta. These efforts are sending agreement latter to the relative professor, sentencing through mass media, finding and calling by the help of PBKH UAJY through ambassador, sending somatic, filing accusation to thecourt. Data gained revealed there are 12 cases of professor?s underperformance comprises of 8 cases had been concluded as well, i.e. 6 cases of repaying extension study payment, 1 case is stopped based on the resignation submitting letter, 1 case fulfilled by its liability with working period of 2 n+1, 3 cases were conducted by the funds by firing disrespectfully, and 1 case still hang. Based on the result of this research, thus the conclution could be taken there is professor which is evaluated has trespassed his formal duty.
