Abstract :
The entry of this law research is the right of child for the correct information throught the Radio Broadcasting. The purpose are to know and get the data about the right of child for the correct information throught the Radio Broadcasting. to know and get the data about the kind of punishment from KPI to the rasio, that's unguaranteed the right of child related to the vulgar phrases. The kind of observation is normative law research with abstraction process though deduction process from positive law. with law systematic, horizontal law syncronic, and also vertical harmonize, because this research to intention one or few phenomenon of law, and establish of the observation there after do the analysis toward of the law fact. The conduction about this law research are, the child have any rights upper the correct information througt the radio broadcasting. Protection from vulgar pharases, like the comment the announcer on radio, song lyrics, radio adversitement. In a fact there are so many radio not have responsibility about child protection. The punishment from KPI is too easy, unassertive only reprimand. Hopefully, the best interest of child can be reached.
