Abstract :
One of the problem in employment is termination of employment disputes,namely the termination of employment for a spesific thing that caused the end of the rights and obligations between the workers / laborers and employers. Companies that have done layoffs are CV. Chisel. Termination of employment in the CV.Chisel defaults due to the treaty work done by the workers. The are problems in the termination of employment of such workers CV.Chisel. first, the impementation of the termination of employment, give CV .Chisel resignation letter of the workers to be laid off so that workersdo not get severance. Second, the implementation process of termination of employmentis not a letter warning that as many as 3 (three) times and the period of validity of the warning letter is not in accordance with the provisions of Act No.13 of 2003 such as; the provisions layoffs for workers absent for 3 days so that workers do not get severance.
