Abstract :
Children must be protected from psychological violence committed by children. Protection can be provided by the law of one of them is a criminal sanction. In the determination of criminal sanctions should be sought suitable for children. Determination of criminal sanctions is also to protect the rights of children as victims. Normative legal was used as research methodology, namely research focuses on norms and required secondary data as main data. The research results identified that a criminal sanction for children as perpetrators of psychological violence can not be implemented because there has never been the case. The case that there has been successfully resolved through diversion. Sanctions given to children who are perpetrators of psychological violence usually results in diversion as agreed with the victim.
