Abstract :
Technology development in indonesia today has put indonesia as part of the world information community. Development and progress of information technology which expand rapidly is dedicated to educate the people. On the other side of the progress of information technology also bore any new legal action, utilization of information technology should be done safely to prevent abuse which can harm the community. The development of information technology also play an important role in trade and the growth of the national economy, it is consummated with many popping up online shop website that offers various kinds of goods are needed by society. With the internet as a signs of technological progress that offers advantage economically, financial, power, and others which carrying a positive impact for the community, but communication via the internet also will produce a legal problems, like computer fraud and others problem.
