Abstract :
This thesis , entitled fulfill the Right, to Education For Children Inmates in special children on prison Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain data on the fulfillment of the right to education for children in detention inmates Class II B Wonosari. Writing this law is used as a normative positive law, it is research that focuses on positive law in the form of regulatory rules . This study utilized the law of deductive reasoning , which is a mindset starts from general knowledge , the conclusions of specific facts . Results of the study are that the rights of children of prisoners in State Prison facility has not received special treatment given by the State Prison Facility Class II B Wonosari , there is a gap of time in terms of teaching and learning activities , both from the aspect of activity , or the provision of educational facilities.
