Abstract :
The title of this law writing is the Relationship Between State Total Losses with Weight of Punishment in Corruption Act. The purpose of writing this law is to determine the relationship between the loss of the corrupted state with the severity of verdicts of the Judge in Corruption Act. The method of this research is a normative legal research,which is a research that focuses on the positive legal norms in the form of Law Regulations and this research requires secondary data as the main data. The resultis in the form of the relationship between the amount of state losses with the severity of punishment in criminal corruption. That the judge has considered the amount of the state loss before concluding the verdict, yet in general the amount of the state loss can not become the main reference in to conclude the verdict, because it is not only based on the state losses but also on the role of the perpetrator as well as the activity of the perpetrator in the corruption act.
