Abstract :
The title of this legal writing is ?fulfillment the rights of drug abusers ? The problem formulations are: are granting of rehabilitation for drug abusers can be implemented in accordance with the provisions of law? And what obstacles in efforts to provide rehabilitation for drug abusers?. The research method used is a normative legal method, this method focuses on the rule of law and the regulation. The legal basis used is regulation No. 35 year 2009. Based on the data it can get conclusion that can be draw from these legal problem: fulfillment of rehabilitation for drug abusers has been going well,there are a lot of obstacles for fulfillment rehabilitation because it come from individual and external matter, the writer give some advices for government to build adequate facilities for rehabilitation effort. Government should work with the communities in for handle of drug abusers
