Evidence is an important part of the criminal justice process, because through it in court can determine the position of defendant. The witness testimony is one means of evidences in a criminal case. Opinions or fictitiousobtained from other sare not the witness testimony this information known as testimonium de auditu. In the case of criminal corruption is often used testimonium de auditu testimony. The strength of testimonium de auditu witness testimony evidence in criminal cases of corruption.
