Abstract :
Limited availability of land and funds, causing Foundation of private education providers, building their school on the land of Hak Pengelolaan South Tangerang City Government who then obliged to pay the rent. Based on this background, researchers conducted a study on the Implementation of Entitlement For Rent For Building Private Schools In South Tangerang City. Formulation of the problem in this research are : 1) How is the implementation of Entitlement for Rent For Building Rights for private schools in South Tangerang City? 2) Is the implementation of Entitlement for Rent For Building Rights for private schools in South Tangerang City already realizing legal protection? The type of this research is empirical law research. From the results obtained the following conclusions : 1) Implementation of Entitlement For Rent For Building Private Schools In South Tangerang City is made on the basis of " Lease Agreement " between the Government of South Tangerang city with school administrators Foundation Board. 2) That implementation has not fully realize the legal protection of private school administrators Foundation as the tenant.
