Abstract :
Flores Timur regency is considered as the biggest supplier migrant laborers from NTT Province. As a matter of fact, migrant laborers from Flores Timur confront a lot of promblems wheather they are sent to other countries according to the procedure or not. Government?s role as thr implementor of the law protection for migrant laborers according to Law, particulary from Flores Timur regency, have huge contribution to the regency. Aim of this study was to determine how to the implementation of law protection for migrant laborers ( a case study of migrant laborers from Flores Timur regency). The benefit of this research as academic, theory and practice. This study uses empiris research methods. According to this research, the implementation of law protection for migrant laborers particulary those who are from Flores Timur Regency has not done comprehensively.
