Abstract :
Badan Penyelengara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) program Old Age Security is, one program BPJS intended for the workforce in order to get bail, Old Age Security are cash benefits paid at once when the participant retires, dies, or prevent a total disability fixed. How Implementation BPJS Employment Old Age Security Program at PT Yogya Tehniktama Precision Industry (YPTI) in Yogyakarta. Tesisi aims to see how the implementation of the employment BPJS Old Age Security program in PT YPTI. Research conducted in this thesis is empirical research focuses on the behavior of law. This research requires primary data as the main ingredient in addition to secondary data. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis The conclusions drawn in this study, namely, the implementation of the work program BPJS old age security in PT Yogya precision Tekniktama Industry in Yogyakarta have not done well, the cause is often delayed payment of dues JHT, and lack of socialization of the workers which resulted workers do not understand and comprehend JHT. Associated with the implementation of the Work Programme BPJS Old Age PT YPTI expected for sosialisalsi the old age security program for workers and no late payment fees.
