Abstract :
It is often found that there are supervisors in carrying out classroom supervision. Class observations only come to school with a performance measurement instrument, then go to class to measure the performance of the teacher who is teaching. After that, the task was completed, as if classroom observation was the same as measuring teacher performance in the learning process. The main objective of this study was to find out how to increase teacher pedagogical competence in the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Athfal Gondosuli, Bulu District, Temanggung Regency, 2020/2021 Academic Year
The research that will be carried out focuses on the problem of the pedagogic competence of classroom teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Athfal Gondosuli, Bulu District, Temanggung Regency by implementing classroom supervision. The type of research that will be used belongs to school action research, where only classroom observations are made, then assessing the teacher's performance in managing the learning process and then helping the teacher develop his / her ability to manage the learning process.
There was an increase in the pedagogical competence of classroom teachers from the initial conditions, cycle I to cycle II. In the initial conditions the average pedagogical competence of the new teacher reached a score of 60. In the first cycle the average score reached score 76 and in the second cycle it increased to score 88. Meanwhile, the average intensity of the principal's supervision increased from score 75 in the first cycle to score 87 in the cycle. II.
