Abstract :
The objectives of this study are 1) To identify the factors that cause the performance of the Bagdalops (Operations Control Section) members to be not optimal in the Implementation of the Central Control System (Comand Center) Implementation. 2) Formulating a Strategy to optimize the Performance of Bagdalops Members (Operations Control Section) in the Implementation of the Control Center System Implementation. In this study using a qualitative approach that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The results showed that: 1) The factors that cause the inadequate performance of Bagdalops members (Operations Control Section) in the Implementation of the Central Control System (Comand Center) are the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure in the service process to the community, low employee awareness of their duties and responsibilities as servants. Public. 2) The strategy to maximize the Performance of Bagdalops Members (Operations Control Section) in the Implementation of the Control Center System (Command Center) is to improve the performance of members of the operations control section in implementing the implementation of the central control system in providing services to the community in the operations control section in implementing the implementation of the central control system In general, it has worked well, except for the dimension of service quality.
