Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the performance of personnel at Sat Binmas Polresta Yogyakarta. Informants in this study were community leaders and Sat Binmas Polresta Yogyakarta as many as 25 people for the questionnaire and 5 people for interviews. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: Out of 8 indicators, there are 3 indicators that have not been implemented properly, so it can be seen that the employee performance of Sat Binmas Polresta Yogyakarta is quite good.
