Abstract :
The work performance of the Candingasinan Village Apparatus at the Candingasinan Village Office, Banyuurip District still needs to be improved again, this can be seen from the daily activities of employees in carrying out their duties and jobs, service to the community is less friendly, lack of time discipline where there are still employees who come late from predefined entry hours, rest too long, come home too early, and so on.
This research method uses a qualitative approach with data analysis of Miles and Hubberman.As a result, the performance of the Candingasinan Village Apparatus, Banyuurip District is still not optimal, because the appointment, selection and mandating of employees does not consider competence so that their capabilities are low, they are still low in professionalism and task specialization, lack of time discipline, and are slow in the process of adopting and adapting advanced technology. Meanwhile, the obstacle faced in improving the performance of the Candingasinan Village Officials, Banyuurip District is a lack of work motivation.
Efforts to improve the performance of the Purworejo Regency Tourism and Culture Office employees in this study are viewed from the performance which is a multi-dimensional concept that includes three aspects, namely attitude, ability and accomplishment.
