Abstract :
This study aims to identify and analyse strategies for improving the quality of human resources. The research approach taken is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, the author also uses a SWOT analysis as an analysis tool. SWOT method is chosen to identify factors in a systematic manner, includes internal company factors as strengths and weaknesses, external factors as opportunities and threats from improving the quality of human resources.
The results obtained indicate that the strategy adopted is to improve the quality of human resources in the company Sari Edo Group bakery typical Bandung branch of Yogyakarta is (1) Improve the provision of, in the form of occupational health
and safety facilities to provide motivation to employees (2) Improve harmony between employees on a ongoing basis to inerease production (3) Giving apprecvation and bonuses to increase consumer loyalty (4) utilize existing technology, as a means of enhancing employee insights (5) Provide training and
capacity building equally to employees.
