Accounting department. School of economics Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta. Advisor Dra.Priyastiwi, M.Si, Akt., CA. Key Words : Accounting earnings, operating cash flow, and stock returns. Financial report is one of important information that can be used by investors to assess the performance of the company. This study aims to provide evidence of the influence of the information published financial statements that is, accounting earning and cash flow to stock return companies LQ45 listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 10 listed companies amounted selected using purposive sampling method. The data in this study is a secondary data obtained from the company annual financial report in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation year period 2013-2016. Of testing the hypothesis, this study produced findings that accounting earning is not have significant influence on stock return. Cash flow also not have a significant influence on stoc returns. But, partially accounting earning and cash flow is have a significant influence on stock return.
