Abstract :
Minimum service standard was minimum standard that must be completed by hospital. It was regulated in PMK No. 129 year 2008 about minimum service standard hospital. One of the standards in regulation was pharmacy standard service. The objectiveof this research was to analyze implementation service standard of pharmacy in IFRS Purwogondo. This research used qualitative research by study case approach, in-depth interview, and document observation. Informants used about 6 members of IFRS. Method of data analyze used descriptive qualitative and comparative through data reduction stage, data presentation, and conclusion. The management of pharmacy is good, but there were lack in facilities and infrastructure. The accomplishment of minimum services standard pharmacy in Purwogondo hospital for waiting time finishing medicine service in 2016: 18 minutes, in early 2017: 17 minutes and the last of 2017: 14 minutes. However, medicine concoction in 2016: 27 minutes, in early 2017: 25 minutes and the last of 2017: 23 minutes. Error of medicine delivery was only once in 2016. Prescription of process writing in 2016 has been appropriated yet with formulation. Costumer satisfication survey has not been done in 2016 as well as in 2017. With the result IFRS Purwogondo was not in accordance with SPMRS pharmaceutical field according to PMK No. 129 year 2008.
