Abstract :
Occupational Safety and Health Program is a multidisciplinary field concerned with the safety, health, and welfare of people at work. It is a designed systems to assure the safety of the good in all personnel in the workplace to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace. This research method is a qualitative research, the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of the program know about Safety Hospital. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety program and provide corrective suggestions to the Hospital Safety and Health program that has been running at the RSUD Yogyakarta. The data collection technique is to use direct observation, interviews, and document review. This study resulted in that the application program Occupational Safety and Health at the RSUD Yogyakarta has been implemented lead to abide/adhere to the laws and rules of occupational safety and health in Indonesia, Regulation of the Minister of Health, Permenkes 66/2016 which is reflected changing the attitude towards safety in the health workplace.The conclusion of this research is the application of the Occupational Safety and Health Program in RSUD Yogyakarta outcomes are less than optimal, that needs to be improved, in order that the implementation is better.
