Abstract :
This studyaims to determine the characteristics of the development of physics-based learning module on the concept of motion straight on the students of class X SMAN 1 Suralaga. This type of research is research development / research and development. The development model used in this research is 4D model, that is define, design, development, and disseminate. And the limit of this research is only on development (development). The test of product characteristic of learning module development is done through validation from media expert, material expert, subject teacher and student response questionnaire. Population in this research is student of class X IPA 2 SMAN 1 Suralaga. Data collection instruments in the form of student response questionnaires, expert validation sheets and teacher assessment. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the quality of the module was based on the assessment of media experts, material experts and subject teachers, included in the criteria of eligibility and based on the assessment of student responses included in the excellent category with an average score score of 51.5. Keywords: Development, learning module, practicum, straight motion.
